Channing's prints use allegory to express states of mind. They often deal
with a female reaction to powerful or intellectual men, and to the power of
sex. The women in Channing's work are always nude, representing nature,
whereas the men are clothed in the trappings of civilization. She delights
in the use of sinuous line to create wryly humorous, yet erotic, works.

Channing makes hand-pulled, limited edition prints, in small editions,
on 100% rag paper.
